Lemonade Day is a fun, experiential program that teaches youth how to start, own and operate their very own business - a lemonade stand. Each year, in participating cities, youth have the opportunity to experience entrepreneurship by setting up their business during their city's community-wide Lemonade Day.

Competition Process

To become a Eligible Entrant you may enter by (1) reading and answering the Business Results (“Business Results”) questions posted on the Lemonade Day website (https://lemonadeday.org/business-results) or (2), reading, completing and mailing the return postage paid Business Results Form post card found in the Lemonade Day Youth/Teen workbook or (3) reading, completing and submitting the Business Results Paper form (as described below).

    3. Tell us about your business. (0-25 Points)
    4. What did you do well and what would you do differently next time? (0-10 Points)
    5. What kind of obstacles did you have to overcome and how did you do so? (0-10 Points)
    6. Now that you're an entrepreneur, what's next for you? (0-10 Points)
  4. Contact and Consent Information
    1. The final section of the form is where parents can give their consent for the form to be used to enter their child into the Youth Entrepreneur of the Year Contest. If this section is not filled out, we will only use the form for the Business Results information it contains.

Managing Organization: Lemonade Day

Eligibility:
To enter the Contest you must have the permission of your parent or legal guardian prior to entering and be: (i) 5 years of age or older at the time of entry, and (ii) a legal resident of, and physically resides within the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia and Canada (excluding the residents of Quebec).
