Each year, an exciting engineering challenge is presented in the form of a game. Students, with guidance from their teachers and mentors, build innovative robots and compete year-round.

Each year, an exciting engineering challenge is presented in the form of a game. Students, with guidance from their teachers and mentors, build innovative robots and compete year-round. Teams progress from local and regional competitions (in a tournament fashion) to get to the Vex World Championships where they compete for final top awards.

Each year a new "game" is created for Vex teams to compete in. Judging criteria are mainly focused on the performance of their robot in the tournament field. Visit the Vex Robotics Competition website for specific scoring criteria for this year.
