An algorithmic programming contest for college students. Teams of three, representing their university, work to solve the most real-world problems, fostering collaboration, creativity, innovation, and the ability to perform under pressure. Through training and competition, teams challenge each other to raise the bar on the possible. Quite simply, it is the oldest, largest, and most prestigious programming contest in the world.
Each year, an elite group of the brightest collegiate problem solvers on the planet comes together to compete in the International Collegiate Programming Contest. Students begin at contests on their college campuses and rise through the regional, national, and international competitions. The ICPC World Finals are held each spring in a different location around the globe, the ICPC World Finals is a culmination of efforts from visionary university, community, and regional leaders to enable opportunities for and raise aspirations for students.
