Keep everyone in the loop with timely updates delivered from one centralized location.
Share important announcements and information to your team or your competition listing directly through the ICS Dashboard, including:
- Competition deadline updates
- Timeline changes
- Clarifications to rules or rubric criteria
- Finalist announcements and results
- Live event reminders
- Sponsor highlights
- Any other special messages!
Our integrated news feature helps ensure everyone stays informed throughout the competition process, allowing you to connect with anyone viewing your competition and/or offering you an easy way to make sure participants get the updates they need… even if they forget to check their email inbox.
How to Post a News Update:
- Log in to your ICS account.
- From the Dashboard, select the competition you wish to update under “Manage Competitions”
- Under “News,” find “Create New Item”
- In the text boxes, add:
- A news heading under “Title”
- Any details under “Text”
- (Optional) A relevant link in the URL field
- Select what date you want your update to go live using the calendar
- Check whether you want the update to go out to your team, publicly, or both
- Once you are satisfied with your resource library, select “Save”
